  Under new guidance, this particular Good Year facility has only gotten better. Yes there are times when every auto repair center can be overwhelmed and as a customer you may feel left in the wind especially if all your there for is a simple oil change but, what's most important is the quality that you get as the end result. Since new management, this has only improved. I've personally been a customer for nearly a decade, there's a reason why I continue to do business here. Other than quality service by trained professionals, I'm treated like a person & not a number and I'm kept informed like a coworker....
