  Don't deal with these people. Apparently AC hires crackheads, idiots and lazy people. The first person they sent me was high. The second one locked herself in the bathroom to talk for over an hour. I had to train the main caretaker how to use a broom, an ATM, a coffee pot... During a medical emergency, I told her to call 911 and she froze.
  
  The Poughkeepsie office has a blatant disregard towards their clients. I was left to fend for myself on a Saturday. I am confined to a wheelchair, unable to get food or do other tasks. I was told to hang in there, it was only for one day; that I could handle not having a care taker for "only one day."
  
  If you have a death wish, AC is the perfect provider.
